phpluscasino Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and phpluscasino ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Any deposits that appear to be made for purposes other than genuine gaming — including deposit and immediate withdrawal without gameplay — may be reviewed and may result in a hold or reversal of the transaction.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying phpluscasino support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

However, the security of your credentials outside the platform is your responsibility. phpluscasino is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You may not allow any other person to use your account. All bets and transactions placed through your account are your responsibility, regardless of who placed them.

The following are prohibited on the phpluscasino platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any game format where collusion is possible.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including chargebacks or use of payment methods not belonging to the account holder.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Any behaviour that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

phpluscasino reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or legal referral — where warranted.

In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes or bet processing, phpluscasino reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Bets that were correctly processed prior to any technical error will stand.

phpluscasino is not liable for any losses, including loss of potential winnings, caused by interruptions to service, network failures, or device-specific issues on the player's end.

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting phpluscasino support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be handled according to standard procedures, and any active bonus funds will be forfeited.

phpluscasino reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• A violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• The account is found to have been registered with false information.
• Fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• It is required by applicable law or regulation.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or terms violation, phpluscasino may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned in full.

phpluscasino collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
